Terri uses the mind-body modalities of yoga and aquatics, alone and in combination, to promote health and wellness.

Yoga practice and aquatic exercise offer many physical benefits. Beyond physical benefits, these practices may also carry over into your daily life, impacting self esteem, confidence, sense of well being, and your ability to handle stress. 

Some people shy away from group programs for fear of being expected to keep up with more experienced participants. Attention to your personal goals and needs is important in both one-on-one and group sessions.
